LARGE GROUP RESERVATION POLICY
If making a reservation for a group larger than four participants, it is required that a credit card will be kept on file at the time of scheduling.
Your credit card will not be charged, unless you cancel without 24 hours notice or no show, in these events a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
In parties over 10 participants, a fee of 50% of all services scheduled will be charge to the credit card on file if you cancel without 48 hours notice or no show.

“NO REFUND” POLICY
No refunds of any kind will be issued. This includes percent off, gift certificates, cash or credit.
Your technician and management must be made aware of your dissatisfaction of your service during or immediately after your service, not after you have left.
Anyone dissatisfied with their nails can have them fixed by the technician who originally performed the service at no cost. If the repairs are found to be within reason by our master nail technicians. For example, it is not reasonable to ask to change the color of your polish after all ten nails have been painted.
If you do not have the time to have them fixed after your service, you must make arrangements to have your nails repaired within 72 hours from your time of service, otherwise you will lose your opportunity to have them repaired.
“APPOINTMENT” POLICY
All appointments scheduled are required to have a phone number, a first name, and all service requested to be performed written down.
If you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will lose your appointment and will be treated as a walk-in
If you know that you will be late for your appointment, please call to see if we can still take you in or if we need to reschedule your appointment for another time or day.
SCAMMERS BEWARE
If there is evidence that your nails were purposefully altered, or that you are attempting to receive a free service, you may be denied the opportunity to have your nails repainted or and in extreme cases, be permanently banned from our establishment and removed by law enforcement.
